• 영문초록 : This study focuses on the single-parent family, which recently stands out due to its sharp increase in the diversity of new family type as a result from dramatically increased divorce ratio. Now Korea have shortage facilities to single-parent family at stake socially underprivileged class citizen as compared with wanted resident. the opposite, to achivement of high-quality, to reduction of the cost of construction, plan housing to single-parent family to take advantage of Off-Site Manufactured construction method with various merits. For this, on examination to planned standard of housing of single-parent family and satisfaction and demands of residents, affords right scale to live single-parent family. And the study examine example applied Off-Site Manufactured construction method in domestic and foreign country. Consequently, Now the study composes plane models set module of Off-Site Manufactured construction method developmented in domestic, and calculates each household combination.

본 연구에서는 급격한 사회 변화로 인하여 새롭게 나타나는 다양한 가족유형중에서도 최근 들어 이혼율이 급격하게 증가하면서 현저하게 늘어나고 있는 한부모가구를 대상으로 하고 있다. 현재 우리나라에서 사회적약자의 위치에 처해있는 한부모가구를 위한 시설이 입주 희망자 수에 비하여 턱없이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 대한 대안으로서 고품질의 달성이 가능하고, 건설비용의 절감이 가능하며, 건설비용을 크게 절감할 수 있는 등 여러 가지 장점을 가지고 있는 OSM공법을 이용하여 한부모가정을 위한 주거시설을 계획하여 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 한부모가정의 주거시설에 관한 계획기준 및 실 거주자의 만족도와 요구사항을 고찰한 후, 한부모가
