• 영문초록 : The purpose of this study is to settle practical strategy in multicultural family dissolution phenomenon using the experience of korean husband. In order to accomplish the goal, this study conducted qualitative research using 8 interviews. All of the Interviewee were korean male husband who experienced family dissolution by divorce and runaway. The study categorized main issues of interviewee`s experience. The result is found as follows. The major five topics in the process of family dissolution were `meaning of marriage(what marriage means) & lack of awareness in marriage`, `ongoing conflict`, `intensifying the purpose to breakup & postponing`,`eventually breaking up`,`endless war`. And there were 14 sub-topics in each main topic. Based on this research, this study suggests several practical policies including improving negative perception & perception against korean male husband, revitalizing family counsel, expanding child care support of multicultural single parents family, legal action to prevent making victim of korean male husband.

본 연구의 목적은 한국인 남편의 가족해체 경험 이해를 통해 다문화가족의 해체현상에 대한 실천적 대응 전략을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해서 이혼으로 가족해체를 경험한 한국남성들 8명을 대상으로 한 면접을 통해 자료를 수집하여 질적 사례분석을 하였다. 범주화 및 주제 분석을 통해서 이들이 경험한 주요 이슈를 범주화하였으며 분석결과는 다음과 같다, 가족해체 과정별 주요 5가지 주제는 `결혼의 의미 및 인식 결여`, `계속되는 부딪침`, `해체 의도심화와 보류`, `결국엔 해체`, `끝나지 않은 전쟁` 이며 각 주제별 14개의 하위주제를 도출하였다. 이를 근거로 한국남편에 대한 부정적 인식 및 편견 개선, 가족상담 활성화, 다문화 한부모가족의 자녀양육 지원 확충, 한국인 남편 피해자 방지를 위한 법적·제도적 방안 등의 실천방안을 제언하였다.
