• 영문초록 : This action research is intended to explore the process of changes in the impulsive behavior child’s Self-control Promotion of a single parent's family. For this reason, the “B” day care center in Seoul, Korea selected impulsive four years old child of a single parent's family, and collected them for about three months from March 12 to June 15, 2018. The direction of the action research was established through teacher interviews, selection of participating child, and observation of participating child behavior to examine the process of changes in the impulsive child of a single parent's family. The implementation was carried out from the first to the third phase, in which the first run involved varying situations of self-control based on emotional interactions between researchers and child. In the second execution, based on the reflection of the first execution, the team was able to understand and cope with the situation so that it could properly respond to conflict situations and self-coordinating through collective group games and activities. The third execution provided an opportunity to restore peer relationships and self- controlling themselves through group games and activities that allow more immersion based on second execution reflection. The implementation process showed that child experienced changes in self-ordination in terms of emotional expression, emotion expression and cognitive distortion. This action research illustrates the process of changing the behavior of an impulsive behavior child's self control ability through systematic and specific support for improving the impulsive child of a single parent's family.

본 실행연구는 한부모 가정의 충동적 유아의 자기통제 향상의 변화과정을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울시에 소재한 구립B 어린이집 만 4세의 한부모 가정의 충동적 행동을 보이는 유아를 선정하여 2018년 3월 12일부터 6월 15일까지 약 3개월 동안 실행과정을 통해 수집된 자료를 토대로 그 결과를 분석하였다. 한부모 가정의 충동적 행동을 보이는 유아의 자기통제 향상의 변화과정을 살펴보기 위해 연구자는 현장방문, 교사면담, 참여유아 선정, 참여유아 행동관찰을 통해 실행연구의 방향이 설정되었다. 실행과정은 1차~3차까지 이루어졌으며, 1차 실행에서는 그림책 읽기에 따른 연계활동을 통해 연구자와 유아의 정서적 상호작용을 기반으로 다양한 상황에 따른 적절한 행동에 대해 이야기 나누었다. 2차 실행에서는 1차 실행의 반성을 토대로 집단게임과 활동을 통해 나타나는 갈등상황에 적절하게 대처하고 행동할 수 있도록 상황에 대한 이해와 대처할 수 있는 방법에 대해 지원하였다. 3차 실행에서는 2차 실행의 반성을 토대로 보다 몰입할 수 있는 집단게임과 활동을 통해 또래관계의 회복과 스스로 자기통제력을 기를 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다. 본 실행과정을 통해 유아는 자기통제 향상에 있어서 충동억제, 적절한 감정표현, 인지적 왜곡의 탈피의 3가지 범주에서 변화를 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 실행과정을 통해 한부모 가정의 충동적 행동을 보이는 유아의 자기통제 향상을 위해 구체적인 지원이 이루어졌으며, 유아의 자기통제의 향상과 변화의 가능성을 확인함으로써 현장의 개선을 위한 실행과정을 공유하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
