• 영문초록 : The purpose of this study is to investigate the changes in the housing status of single - parent families based on the actual situation of single - parent families. Based on this, we analyzed how the housing condition of the single - parent family changes by type of residential movement. As a result of analysis, the change of occupation pattern was 50.0% downward movement from the pre - formation to the single - parent family formation, and the horizontal movement was 56.9%. The housing type was 34.2% in the downward movement before the formation of the single parent, and 64.4% in the horizontal movement in the present stage. The residential area showed 50.2% horizontal movement and 43.0% downward movement before and after the formation of single parents, and it increased the residential area by about 25% at the present stage. Single -parent households have been shown to reside in housing type and residential area similar to previous ones, while moving down the occupation pattern of housing after the formation of single parents, reducing the economic burden.

이 연구는 한부모 가족을 대상으로 한부모 형성이전부터 현재까지 주거이동 실태를 바탕으로 한부모 가족의 주거상태 변화를 파악하였다. 이를 토대로 주거이동을 유형화함으로써 한부모 가족의 주거상태가 어떻게 변화하는지 분석하였다. 분석 결과 점유형태의 변화는 한부모가족 형성 이전→직후 단계에서 50.0%가 하향이동 하였고, 직후→현재 단계에서는 수평이동이 56.9%로 나타났다. 주택유형은 한부모 형성이전→직후에 하향이동이 34.2%로, 직후 →현재 단계에서 수평이동은 64.4%로 주택유형의 변화는 크게 나타나지 않았다. 주거면적은 한부모 형성이전→직후에 하향이동 43.0%로 나타났으며, 직후→현재 단계에서 약 25%정도가 주거이동을 통해 주거면적을 상향시키는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 한부모 가족의 대다수가 형성 직후 주거점유형태를 하향이동 하였으며, 현재까지 하향이동 된 열악한 주거상태를 유지하고 있는 것으로 확인된다. 특히 조사대상자의 95.4%가 여성이고 자녀수 1인 이상임을 감안하면 한부모 가족 형성 직후 주거지원을 위한 정책개입이 매우 필요함을 알 수 있다.
